Villa Kiki is located in the exclusive area of Monte Contros which overlooks the town of Porto San Paolo and the beautiful island of Tavolara.

It is just 15 minutes’ drive from Olbia airport and within touching distance of numerous picture perfect beaches that the region is famous for.

The Local Area

Porto San Paolo is the closest town and is just 3 minutes by car. It contains a good selection of restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias. Every Thursday during the summer season, there is a market selling everything from local fresh fruit to hand made Sardinian ceramics and textiles.

San Teodoro is the next major town from Porto San Paolo as your drive south down the coast. It is a much livelier area and a great location if you want to enjoy a more vibrant night life, with many bars and restaurants open into the small hours.

Olbia is the closest city and is 20 minutes’ drive. Corso Umberto is the main street in the traditional ‘old down’ with a fantastic array of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. In the summer,  opposite the harbour there are pop-up market stalls selling artisanal arts and crafts.
